Welcome to the client gallery platform of Eagle Media Hub Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, viewing, downloading, or using any digital gallery provided on this website, you (“the User,” “Client,” or “Viewer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the galleries.
1. Description of Service
Eagle Media Hub Limited provides a secure, digital gallery platform for clients to view, proof, select, share, and download professional media assets (photographs and videos) captured during our production sessions.
2. Access and Security
Authorized Access: Access to private client galleries is restricted to the designated client and anyone they explicitly share the access credentials or links with.
Credential Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, PINs, or secure download keys provided to you. Any actions taken under your gallery access are your responsibility.
Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify Eagle Media Hub Limited immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security regarding your gallery.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Copyright Ownership: Unless otherwise explicitly outlined in your signed commercial contract or service agreement, Eagle Media Hub Limited retains full copyright and ownership of all media assets displayed in the galleries.
Usage License: Your right to download, print, publish, or commercially utilize the media assets is strictly governed by the specific service contract or invoice terms agreed upon prior to your production session.
Watermarks: Unlicensed or unfinalized proofing galleries may feature visual watermarks. Removing, cropping, or altering these watermarks without written permission or final payment is strictly prohibited.
4. Gallery Expiration and Data Retention
Availability: Client galleries are not intended as permanent storage solutions. Galleries will remain online and accessible for a specified duration as detailed in your project agreement.
Expirations: Following the expiration date, Eagle Media Hub Limited reserves the right to deactivate or permanently delete the online gallery and its contents to free up server capacity.
Backups: It is the Client's sole responsibility to download and securely back up all final high-resolution deliverables within the active gallery window. We are not liable for data lost due to expired galleries.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using our gallery platform, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security and performance of the website or hosting servers.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download media without authorization.
Upload, post, or link to any malicious software or virus through our platform interfaces.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eagle Media Hub Limited strives to maintain 24/7 uptime and high-speed delivery. However, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the gallery platform will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any temporary technical disruptions, server downtime, or slow download speeds beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any adjustments will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of our client gallery website following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
